Or
Things I am thinking about rather than going to sleep:
1 – How we don’t use up nearly any of our mobile phone minutes. Our rollover minutes are the least sueful feature we have. We regularly delete hundreds of rollover minutes from a year ago. I feel like I should let some over-talking teen borrow my phone for a weekend. And because it feels ridiculous to pay for so many minutes we don’t use, I won’t add unlimited texting. Or internet. My dream of the internet in the car is deferred again.
2- That Cat Stevens song that starts “It’s not time to make a change. Relax and take it easy. You’re still young. That’s your fault. There’s so much you have to…” Hmmm, I sort of hum a bridge there. Or make up words. This song has been my earworm for weeks. As far as earworms, it beats Who Let the dogs out or that Pink song about fighting. I wonder if my subconscious is telling me to just ride out this spring.
3 - Too late! I had my hair cut. And I like it. I have been encouraging it to curl rather than straightening. I have no idea if this is a haircut that will grow out well. Not that I want to grow it out, but I am not the best at remembering to go to the salon every 5 weeks.
4 – Bella is trying so hard to crawl. Or scoot. Or slide on her belly. She also thinks she should eat 6 times a day. And preferably people food, not baby food. Not that she doesn’t east baby food 3-4 times a day., But whatever you have in your hand would taste awesome.
5 -I love TV. 30 Rock is so much funnier than I thought last season. And My Name is Earl has hit a stride. And we have been watching the Star Wars the Clone Wars series (Henry thinks that is Star Wars’ full name). I am not a Star Wars junkie, but I am already worrying about the end of this series and how they will kill Ahsoka off. They have to. She’s a Jedi. It seems like a non-ending to just leave her death unmentioned as part of the III Jedi death throes. I really don’t do well with suspense.
6 – Wisconsin Dells! We’re going to Wisconsin Dells.
